Roof leak Allowed to go Wild

The image is of a home I did a home inspection on that had an old roof that naturally developed roof leaks.  What happened to the interior is a demonstration of what damage can happen if water issues are not taken care of.  Damaged ceiling tiles, mold growth, ruined carpeting, allergy problems, ect.

So... if you have an issue get it repaired quickly instead of giving it time to get worse.



As I do home inspections in Ohio I see many indicators of neglect. Water issues definitely can cause large amounts of damage if not repaired in a reasonable amount of time.

If you want your business or service to be successful then you must find a way to be unique from all the other similar businesses.

Hazardous Building inspected

Inspected a special home the other day in Columbus.  Some homes are nasty and unsafe to be in. The potential buyer is out of state and had not been in the home.  He was very smart in deciding to have the home inspected by me, a NACHI inspector.
He also had me do the "termite inspection"  Lots of termite activity in the basement.
