Home Inspection in Springfield Ohio
Things for my home inspection business have been busy. Growth in this economy is very good. I have not seen a downturn in my home inspection company, I am actually up 16% for the year. Today the inspection was a Springfield Ohio home inspection
This home had some cracking in walls and ceilings. They are most likely related to the cut joist in the basement, the deteriorated joist that is no longer supporting at the end and the main beam that had been cut into. All repairable issues.

Busy summer for home inspections, at least for me
It has been a busy summer so far for the home inspections I perform in Central Ohio.
Ohio home inspections overall are down from what I am being told from other home inspectors and real estate agents.
I am up by a few percentages above last year despite there being incentive last year that may have artificially inflated early 2010 home buying.
My client testimonials keep coming in.
